3 Simple Tips to Move Forward When You Feel Stuck

Here are 3 gentle, practical steps you can take today to start moving forward:

1. Check In — Not Out

Instead of escaping the discomfort (scrolling, staying busy, avoiding), try sitting with it for just a moment.

Ask yourself:

  • “What part of me feels afraid to move forward?”

  • “What story am I telling myself about this situation?”

This gives you clarity. The moment you notice what’s beneath the surface, you’re no longer fully stuck — you’re aware. And awareness is the first step toward change.

2. Take a Micro-Step
