I will ask detailed questions to understand your concern, your history with it, and how it’s impacting your life. The goal here is to get a clear picture of what you’re hoping to achieve through hypnotherapy.

Explanation of How Hypnotherapy Can Help

I will explain how hypnotherapy can address your specific concerns. Hypnotherapy works by accessing the subconscious mind, where many of our habits, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored. In a relaxed state, I will help you reframe negative thought patterns or address past experiences that may be influencing your current behavior or emotional state.

Introduction to the RTT Method (Rapid Transformational Therapy)

I will explain how RTT differs from traditional hypnotherapy. RTT is a hybrid approach that combines elements of hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This method aims to quickly identify and transform the root causes of your issue by accessing subconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotions.
