What can hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy works incredibly well for Anxiety, Stress, Self-esteem, Confidence, Overthinking, Negative Patterns, Trauma,
Procrastination, Fears, and Quitting Smoking. This method works to untap hidden mental blocks and overcome hard wired habits. Many clients experience real transformation in as little as one2-hour session.
-
Will Hypnotherapy work for me?
Even if you believe you can’t be hypnotized, it’s important to know that most people are highly suggestible. If you can form a belief, you can be guided into hypnosis. Hypnosis isn't just about deep relaxation or trance—it's about diving inward to uncover answers on an emotional level, bypassing the logical mind. Keep in mind, your conscious mind represents only 5% of your thinking, while the rest lies within your subconscious and unconscious mind.
-
Do you work with clients outside of Calgary, too?
Yes, I’ve worked with clients from across Alberta, BC and even in the UK—not just in Calgary, also including surrounding areas like Cochrane, Okotoks and Airdrie. My practice is open to you whether you're nearby or connecting online from a quieter town.

Important Note on Safety
While hypnotherapy can be highly effective, it is not a replacement for medical or clinical addiction treatment, especially in cases of substance dependence or withdrawal risk.
If you're seeking support for addiction, I require the following before we begin:
✅ Medical or therapeutic support in place — either a doctor, addictions specialist, or therapist actively involved in your care
✅ A brief note or confirmation from a healthcare provider stating you are mentally and physically stable enough to engage in hypnotherapy
✅ Voluntary and personal desire for change (this must come from the client — not just from family or friends)This ensures your safety and allows us to do the deeper healing work effectively and ethically.
